What is the minimum order quantity?
Our minimum order quantity varies by product. For custom manufactured sports gloves, the typical MOQ is 100 pairs per design per color. We offer lower MOQs of 10-25 pairs for sample/prototype orders.
Can I get samples before placing a bulk order?
Yes, absolutely! We provide samples before bulk production. Sample costs are typically deducted from the final order once confirmed. Sample development takes 5-7 working days.
What customization options do you offer?
We offer full customization including: sublimation printing, screen printing, embroidery, and digital printing. You can customize colors, materials, logos, packaging, labels, and hang tags.
What is your typical production lead time?
Sample development: 5-7 days. Bulk production: 15-25 days depending on order volume and complexity. Rush orders can be accommodated for an additional fee.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we export to over 40 countries worldwide including USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Germany, France, UAE, and many more. We ship via air freight (3-7 days) and sea freight (15-30 days).
What materials do you use for sports gloves?
We use premium materials including Cabretta leather, synthetic leather, silicone grip materials, neoprene, mesh fabrics, and various performance textiles sourced from trusted suppliers.
Can you match specific Pantone colors?
Yes, we can match any Pantone color code for your branding. Our color-matching process ensures consistency across production runs.
What payment terms do you accept?
We accept T/T (bank wire transfer), L/C (Letter of Credit), and PayPal for smaller orders. Payment terms: 30% deposit with order, 70% before shipment.
